Fits and feels great I've given it 6+ hours of warning with moderate/light loads for some outings with no issues. I have a S/M APC with an M waistband and a 10x12 plate the plates fit with some room so the 11x13 should fit fine I'm tall with a semi athletic, 220-230 depending on the day, 38 new space. M camberband fits easily with room to add extra after adjustment Excellent fit and finish on the carrier

I have already purchased the Healy Strategic D3 Chest Rig (D3CR), and one of the most popular plate carriers to go with the D3CR is the Mayflower Assault Plate Carrier (APC), and this is the plate carrier I purchased. (from the United States. Elite).
The MyFlower APC comes in two sizes, S/M and L/XL, and there are different sizes of cummerbunds to pair with the APC. I went with the S/M because I'm pretty short (5'4), and went with the small waistband, because the small waistband should be 34" to 44" around the navel (and I'm up to a 32 .” with a 30” waist). Thus, I ordered the S/M small APC

That said, the range of small waistbands of 34" to 44" is a bit generous. I don't see it accommodating a 44″, so if you're going to run side plates, I recommend going with a medium waistband instead of a large if you have a 30″ waist/chest. But since I don't run side plates, small jobs are good for me. Remember that even if you go with a waistband that's on the big side for you, it's adjustable.
